Liabilities and damages
The person whobooked the cottage is the so-called responsible person, with whom (and only) we negotiate, among other things, possible violations and grievances in relation to the condition of delivery of the cottage. Attempts are made to agree on damages, but it is the responsibility of the responsible person to ensure that the required compensation is paid
. Aclaim for compensation may arise, for example, if cleaning the cottage from the tenant involves taking carpets or other textiles to the laundry, cleaning furniture textiles, or renewing or repairing the cottage and other buildings/structures on the site. If these measures prevent the receipt of the next tenant, the tenant may be charged for lost rent.
The tenant is responsible for insuring his own goods and objects, which the landlord is not obliged to compensate in the event of a possible breakage or loss.
