REQUEST AN ACCOMMODATION OFFER HERE. Räyskälä's Great Villa is a multi-purpose villa with a large or small group of people in the lake landscape of Lope — only 90 km from Helsinki, 115 from Tampere
and 130 from Turku.
Approximately 100 m2 in the main hall and the accompanying living room kitchen, there is room for almost 80 people at the tables and sofa groups. The space can also be used for meetings and seminars by moving table groups. The hall can be divided in half with a slider. There are two large flat-screen TVs on either side of the Serm, which also serve as conference screens. The space is equipped with wifi, which is available at no additional charge.
On the window wall of the hall there is a 7 meter long landscape bar, from which it is convenient to look down to the lake. The sofa groups at the end of the hall and at the edges provide a relaxed place to stay after a good meal or a successful meeting.
Next to the main hall is a separate lounge, furnished with cosy sofa sets and equipped with a TV.
There are beds in 10 separate bedrooms, in the downstairs sleeping lobby and with sofa beds and extra beds for a total of about 36 to 40 people. If necessary, spare mattresses are available. There are a number of blankets and pillows equivalent to beds

The spacious living kitchen is equipped with dishes for at least 60 people, electric hob and oven, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Moccamasters, electric kettles and toasters. The separate multi-purpose kitchen at the end of the building offers our guests who love to cook a large and functional separate kitchen for even larger group cooking.
The large villa has three separate sauna sections. The boards in the large wooden sauna can accommodate 8-10 people at a time. The washroom has 3 showers and in the dressing room comfortable spaces for about 10 people. A smaller electric sauna, shower and dressing room offer facilities for 2-4 saunas. For large groups, a sauna area of 50 m2 is suitable, which includes a sauna room of 10-14 people, a dressing room and a washroom with a jacuzzi.
There are
3 wood-heated bathtubs on the terrace. Räyskälä's Great Villa offers 7 toilets
in total.
Table football and billiards are offered in 3 separate lounges.
On the
shore of Kaartjärvi there is a log barbecue canopy with a sturdy brick fireplace. The canopy can accommodate about 15 people at a time.
The
prices include the use of a multifunctional villa and 2 saunas, a separate sauna area of approximately 50 m2 for an additional fee. As an additional service, it is possible to order, for example, bathtubs, multifunctional kitchen, barbecue shelter, final cleaning, bed linen in pink or pink, towels or any other additional services that we specify in the offer
