In Villa Pirjola Rihtniemi, completed in 2017, you will spend an atmospheric cottage holiday all year round by the forest & sea in the peace of nature. The soft steam in the wood sauna, indoor toilets, showers, fresh sea water, the glow of the evening light, candles and the warmth of the fireplace create the perfect environment for an unhurried and relaxing holiday.
Villa Pirjola can be reached by asphalt road all year round.
The plot is flat and safe, as well as a
building on one level, which at the same time brings safety for moving indoors for both children and people with reduced mobility.
The interior is fully furnished and equipped for an easy and relaxing holiday. The kitchen has a lot of different dishes for table setting, as well as for cooking.
In connection with the kitchen island there are 3 bar stools, as well as a kitchen/living room with a 6-person dining table in the living room with air heat pump, sofa+coffee table, armchair, footlamp,
TV, TV, fireplace, indoor toilet, 2 bedrooms, each with 160cm double beds, and plenty of mirror cabinet space.
Wi-Fi connection for working at the cottage is also easy.
Moving to the washing facilities is convenient. Through the door of the kitchen/living room, you can directly access the washing room with 2 separate sprinkler showers, a spacious 6-8-person sauna with Harvia stove, utility room, washing machine, drying rack, sink, closet space and indoor toilet.
In the courtyard, as well as on the sea side a small campfire place for barbecue sausages. There is also a gas grill & Weber charcoal grill, as well as an electric smoker.

If you want to go and see the nearby nature, you will find the Rihtniemennokka where is bird tower about 300m away on foot. Right from the parking lot of the bird tower you will find a nature platform and the higher bird tower can be found following the forest trail less than 200m walk away.
Rihtniemennokka is the westernmost place on the mainland of Southern Finland where you can watch birds or admire the waves of the open sea in stormy weather.
In Rihtniemi you can also find e.g. Vihitynmaa rinki (rock formation) and a small nature reserve. The Rihtniemi Nature Reserve can be reached via a forest trail that leaves from the address Haurlahdentie 141. There are points along the road where the car is able to park well. On the other hand, Vihitynmaa ringlet can be found by walking along the forest road from Haurlahdentie 122 (indicated by a cape).
Further, just over 10km away you will find the Hierkonpolun/Kyhkärännoka nature trail with signposts.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

100 € Rental DepositThe rental deposit will be repaid automatically 24 hours after your holiday if the cabin complied with the rules of the given rental conditions.

Other rental termsThe cottage is available to the tenant from the day of arrival at 15:00 to the day of departure at 12:00. The number of persons may not exceed the declared amount without the permission of the owner. The cottage is not available for stag groups/party events. Importing pets without the owner's permission is prohibited. We take into account possible allergies & asthmatics in our renters, so in case of violation of the rules, we need special cleaning of pet traces in the cabin. It is strictly forbidden to import your own hot tubs and swimming pools. The erection of tents must be agreed separately. The guest cottage in the courtyard is not available. Charging electric cars and hybrid cars from the cottage network without the owner's permission is strictly prohibited. Charging must always be agreed separately, charging the car is always subject to a fee. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the cottage by immediately notifying the owner about them. The tenant is liable for compensation in the event of breaking/damage caused to movable property. Cottage to be handed over in the condition of basic cleanliness as you arrived. Do not leave the trash unattended or the dishwasher for the next guest to empty. For additional cleaning/untidiness, we will charge an additional fee. Please also respect nature by self-help by putting garbage in the garbage can and cigarette butts/nicotine bags in the ashtray. Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
