V.20 completed 70m2 bright, neat, loft-style log house by the lake. Only 14km from the center of Rovaniemi. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, modern amenities (fridge-freezer, dishwasher. A microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster can be found in the breakfast cupboard, the kitchen also has a bluetooth speaker). In the bathroom you find shower, Sauna, toilet and there is also washing machine, as well as a drying cabinet. Living room with fireplace and smart TV. Additional comfort is provided by the air heat pump, which provides both cooling and heating comfort.
There are sleeping places for 7 people; one bedroom with a double bed. In the loft there are three beds and in the living room a sofa bed for two people. On separate notice, at no extra charge, a children's travel cot, high chair are brought. Inside the house at the top and bottom ends of the stairs child/security gates. There are also a few games and toys for children.
The house is located on the edge of nature, right on the shore of Lake Sierijärvi, on top of a high hill. Thanks to the large windows, you will have magnificent views of the lake. In winter, from the windows you can admire, for example, the Northern Lights if you are lucky. The house has a large terrace with gas grill (summer/spring), table group, and a pair of sun loungers. In summer, you have a rowing boat at your disposal (we bring an electric outboard on request), which is convenient to drop in for, for example, a night fishing trip. The beach of the house is in a natural state, not a sandy beach. On the lake shore there is a campfire-place where you can sit by the fire in the evening, fry sausages or pancakes in a mason jar. In winter it is easy to go sledding directly from the yard of the house. Illuminated ski/fitness trails and mountain bike trails leave about 500m away. The cottage has snowshoes for two, in addition there are sledges and sliders, you can go down the hill directly from the yard of the house. There is a separate carport for one car, in addition, several cars can be accommodated in the yard. Parking is free

an additional fee you can rent: Illuminated, large Hot Tub, where you relax wonderfully while you relax and forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The bellows can comfortably accommodate 8 people. In summer: 2 Saimaa SUP boards+other accessories, Supit is rented for use in Sierijärvi. Adult size (L size) Fatbike (1pc).
