The apartment is small (45m2 +15m2 loft), atmospheric and well equipped. Best suited for couples or families with small children. Beds in the sleeping alcove downstairs for two, a 120cm wide bed (separated from the living room by a curtain), a double sofa in the living room, a double bed in the upstairs lobby area, 160cm and 2* loose mattresses, i.e. a total
of 8 beds.
Washroom, sauna and toilet renovated in 2020.
The apartment has all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, drying cupboard, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, radio, vacuum cleaner, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, smart TV
The changeover date for weekly rentals is generally Saturday, from the arrival date at 4pm ending with the departure date at 12pm unless otherwise agreed. It is advisable to ask about abnormal rental times by phone or email

The customer brings their own bed linen or, if necessary, pre-agreed linen 19e/ set. Outgoing cleaning is the responsibility of the customer unless they pre-order cleaning (100e)

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
