Apartment in a great location near the center of Ruka, yet in your own peace. On vacation, you do not need a car to move, all services can be found within walking distance. In winter, the piste (the Talvijärvi anchor lift to the centre is located less than 100 m from the apartment) and the ski track are easily accessible. In summer, the swimming spots of Talvijärvi are also
nearby.
The apartment has its own parking space with a heat pole. It is not possible to charge an electric car or a hybrid car. In addition, there is an outdoor storage room, where ski equipment is easy to store. In stock a few skids and sleds that you can borrow.
The
apartment is on 2 levels. Downstairs there is a living room, bedroom, kitchen, toilet and bathroom and sauna. Upstairs there is a bedroom and toilet. The bedrooms have 2 80 cm beds next to each other (separate mattresses) and the sofa in the living room has 2 additional sleeping places. For children there are board games, for a small child there is a travel cot, a blanket and a pillow, as well as a travel high chair.
In late 2024 renovated all appliances, pillow-top mattresses and other decor. 3/2025 renovated stove, downstairs beds and wardrobes added to the downstairs bedroom.

to access streaming services.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsThis property has an online payment, which is a secure payment transaction for the cabin guest as well as the cabin owner. The customer confirms the reservation by paying the rent. If the amount to be paid is more than €50, the payment can be made in two installments if desired, by first paying a 20% booking fee. However, the full rental amount must be paid by the end of the cancellation period. The reservation can be paid for by online payment and credit cards of Finnish banks: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Business Eurocard or Mobile Pay. In connection with the payment, a service fee according to Nettimök's price list is charged. If the customer cancels the reservation at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded except for the service agent's service fee. If customers cancel at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rent will be refunded, which does not include the service fee of the service agent. The service charge is non-refundable. After that, cancelled bookings will not be refunded at all. The customer will carry out the final cleaning (the equipment can be found in the apartment), unless the final cleaning has been ordered separately as an additional service. Guests bring their own bed linen (sheets and towels), unless they have been ordered separately as an additional service.
