CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the reservation must be made in writing to the landlord.
- If the cancellation is made at least 28 days before the start of the accommodation, the advance payment will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of EUR 40.
- In case of possible cancellation 28-21 days before the start of the stay, the amount of the prepayment will be withheld.
- Later in the event of cancellation, the rent is non-refundable.
- In the event of a possible cancellation due to a serious illness or death of the reservist or his loved ones before the start of the accommodation, the rent will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of EUR 40.
- The reservation can be cancelled without charge before the due date of the advance payment.
PROPERTY OWNER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION
- In case of force majeure, the owner of the resort can cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund of the rent
paid.- What prepayment or final payment has not been paid by the due date.
- The reservation may be interrupted due to possible disruptions.
Advance payment of 30% at the time of booking with a payment period of 7 days.
Final payment four weeks before the start of the accommodation.
When it is less than five weeks from the start of the rental, the rent is billed in one instalment.
- The key code of the cottage will be communicated to the customer one week before the start of the rental. At the end of the rental, the key must be properly returned to the key housing. Any lost key will be charged for the actual cost of replacing the lock.
- When entering the cottage, the away/home switch on the right wall must be turned to the home position and, accordingly, when leaving, to the away position.
- The resort is available to the customer from the day of arrival at 4 pm to the day of departure at 12 noon. The property rent includes free use of the holiday home, bedding (mattresses, blankets and pillows), a small amount of firewood (unless otherwise agreed) and basic crockery. The customer brings his own bed linen and is responsible for cleaning the holiday home during the rental period and at the end of the rental period unless otherwise agreed. If the departure cleaning has not been completed, the landlord has the right to charge the customer
a cleaning fee.- The guest has the opportunity to use the free internet connection available in the holiday home. The username and password required to access the Internet will be provided if necessary. The router must be disconnected from the mains after the end of use.
- Heating poles in the yard are intended only for heating cars in winter conditions. Charging an electric or hybrid car from a heating pole is prohibited
.- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
- The accommodation must not be used by more people than what was agreed when booking the accommodation.
- The possible pet (dog) must be agreed separately. In this case, the rental agreement must include cleaning at the beginning.
Asikas is obliged to compensate the damage caused to the resort or its belongings during the stay.
The resort has a home insurance policy, which includes liability insurance of the property and the owner of the apartment.
