resort of Ketorinne is a spacious, well-maintained, clean and well-functioning place for holidays. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 50€

The vacation spot offers beautiful views of the surrounding nature and Lake Porontimajärvi.
Our vacation spot has: OH+kitchen+3MH+S+PH+KHH+2WC. The spacious kitchen has good cooking opportunities. Dinnerware for 8-10 persons, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee and kettle etc. For summer cooking, a gas grill, as well as an electric smoker.The bedrooms have double beds. The largest bedroom has power beds and a sofa bed in one. The sofa in the living room also needs to be spread out. Blankets and pillows can be found at the resort. Your holiday will be facilitated by a spacious utility room with a washing machine. An iron and a hairdryer
are also provided.
Good equipment for children: combination stroller, 2 pcs travel cots, high chair, baby tub and potty. There are games, toys, DVDs and books to play with. Free WiFi connection 100 M.
We have three snowshoes.In winter there is a good sledding hill in the yard. Sledges and a bobsleigh can be found at the resort. In winter, the ski trail runs past the resort from Ruka to Juuma. The snowmobile trail is 2 km away. Kemijärvi Road, Rukakeskus is 15 km away. The distance to the rear slope of Vuosselintei is 9 km. Nearest shop Sale Rukamarket 13 km
.
You can climb to the vantage point of Kontinen Danger to view the lake and fell landscapes. The distance to Konttai is 4 km. The stunning scenery of Valtavaara is also close by, where you can hike from Konttainen along the Karhunpolku.
Fishing, canoeing and outdoor recreation areas on the Oulanka and Kitka River are also a short drive away.A rowing boat on Lake Porontimajärvi is at your leisure. You can use the fishing nets and fishing nets at the resort. We have 7 online brands. Reindeer Lake has a good population of whitefish, mink and perch. Life jackets can be found for children
and adults.
The nearby Porontima Canyon and the mill along the Porontima River are nice day hiking destinations.
There is also a gazebo in the courtyard and a hut on the edge of the plot, where you can visit for a warm up.
In addition, there is a 15 m2 courtyard, where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature, take a nap, have a coffee or just spend time with your family.
It is also possible to rent Fispari 8-person hot tubs between May and October. The hot tub has led lights, massage showers in two locations, and a sand filter to keep the water clean

The booking period starts at 16:00 and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure. It is also possible to rent for shorter periods

Booking and cancellation terms
KETORINNE HOLIDAY HOME RESERVATION AND RENTAL CONDITIONS The renter must be of legal age. The landlord complies with the following conditions when renting and canceling Ketorinne. The terms and obligations stated herein become binding on both parties when the renter has paid 20% advance booking fee for the cottage or paid the full rental amount. The booking AND payment reservation is confirmed when the renter has paid the reservation fee or the full amount. If the reservation fee has not been paid by the due date, the reservation is considered cancelled.The landlord will send the rental conditions of the cabin, the address details of the cabin and the driving instructions to the renter at the time of the invoice.The advance payment (20% of the accommodation share) is due after the booking is made and the remainder two weeks before the start of the booking.If the reservation is less than two weeks before the start of the reservation, it is due full amount payable in one Once.CancellationCancellations should always be notified to the owner by phone or in writing. The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the owner became aware of the cancellation. -If the reservation is canceled 14 days before the start of the reservation, we will charge an advance fee of 20%. - For cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the reservation, we will charge the entire rental if we do not get the item further rented.- In case of cancellation of the reservation due to sudden illness, accident or death of the customer or his next of kin, the customer is entitled to a refund, except in advance charge. A reliable explanation of the reason for the cancellation must be provided. THE LANDLORD'S RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION In the event of force majeure, the landlord may cancel the reservation made. The tenant will be notified immediately. The rent paid by the tenant will be refunded in full. THE KEY TRANSFER AND RETURN KEY TO THE HOLIDAY DESTINATION CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE KEY BOX NEXT TO THE DOOR. The key in the key box opens the door. Inside the house, in the key cabinet in the vestibule, there are two additional keys. That is, the key in the key box is always left in the box after opening the door. This ensures that the key is never left inside. The identification number of the box is changed after each rental. The identification number of the box is indicated just before renting.Stay at KetoThe holiday destination is available to the tenant from the day of arrival at 16.00 until the departure at 12.00 (usually Saturday). A later drop-off period may also be agreed.No more people are allowed to stay at the resort than agreed at the time of booking. If there are more than eight people staying overnight, the surcharge for overstaying persons is 50 €/person. If additional persons come during the rental, they must be notified to the landlord. Thanks.Smoking indoors is prohibited. The import of pets should be agreed in advance. The pet allowance is 50 euros. Any damage done by pets is the responsibility of the pet owner. Damages must be reported as soon as they occur.
