Booking and cancellation terms
If the cancellation is made more than 28 days before the start of the reservation, a reservation fee will be charged. Cancellation less than 28 days before the start of the reservation will be charged in full if the property cannot be rented again.
Due to force majeur, the landlord has the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer has the right to get the rent paid back in full. The landlord has the right to cancel the reservation if the invoice has not been paid by the due date.

Payment terms
An advance payment of 1/3 of the price of the accommodation will be paid at the time of booking. The remainder 3 weeks before the start of the booking. Failure to pay the bill is not a cancellation

Delays and compensations
The holiday home is available to the guest from the day of arrival at 16:00 until the day of departure at 12:00.
Bed linen and final cleaning can be booked separately for an additional fee. If no final cleaning has been ordered and the holiday home has not been cleaned at the end of the rental period, the property's custodian has the right to charge an increased cleaning fee. Cleaning ordered as an additional service does not include washing dishes and garbage export. Empty bottles/cans must also be taken away and the furniture must be in its original place
. Commentsrelating to the equipment or condition of the holiday home must be addressed immediately after they appear to the guardian of the holiday home. If the customer has not been in contact with the guardian about possible problems during his stay, he loses the right to any refunds.
Pets are welcome to holiday with you. Please let us know when booking if your pet is staying in the cabin. Please also note that the tenant is responsible for the accompanying pet and is obliged to compensate for any damage caused by the pet (any damage must be reported immediately)
