The cottage had good facilities and nice interior. Suitable apartment for our family of four. The sun was shining beautifully on the terrace well into the evening and the views were good. Good lockable outdoor storage. You can get to and from the slopes via the ski track for a short distance by skiing or a short walk along the road. The village is a walk uphill, so if it is a problem this apartment may not be the best option in terms of location, but normal condition will do. If there is any criticism to be made, the front plates of the stove were really slow to cook. The back plates worked better, so you could get the food warm.

Mökissä oli hyvät tilat ja kiva sisustus. Sopiva huoneisto meidän nelihenkiselle perheelle. Aurinko paistoi ihanasti terassille pitkälle iltaan ja näkymät oli hyvät. Hyvä lukittava ulkovarasto. Rinteisiin ja pois pääsi ladun kautta lyhyen matkaa hiihtämällä tai pienen matkaa tietä kävelemällä. Kylään on kävelymatka ylämäkeen eli jos se on ongelma tämä huoneisto ei välttämättä ole paras vaihtoehto sijainnillisesti, mutta normaalikuntoinen jaksaa kyllä. Jos jotain kritiikkiä pitää keksiä niin lieden etulevyt oli tosi hitaita keitellä. Takalevyt toimi paremmin, eli ruoan saa lämpimäksi kyllä.

Booking terms and conditions

  • Booking and cancellation terms

    1.1 These terms and conditions are binding on the landlord (Krona Kapital Oy) and the tenant who booked the holiday apartment when the tenant has booked the holiday apartment at the desired time and the landlord has confirmed the booking with an invoice or email containing billing information.

    1.2 The booking agent must be of legal age. Unaccompanied minors are required to have a written commitment from the guardian, which is provided to the landlord prior to the start of the accommodation.

    1.3 Cancellation must always be made in writing from where the booking was made.

    1.4 The cancellation shall be deemed to have taken place at the moment when the notice of cancellation has been received by the landlord.

    1.5 If cancellation occurs earlier than 28 days prior to the start of the booking date, the booking fee will be charged/withheld.

    1.6 In case of cancellation less than 28 days before the start of the booking date, the full rental price will be charged. If the holiday apartment is rented to another customer, the cancellation fee will be withheld.

    1.7 If the tenant changes the booking (date or duration of the holiday) 6 weeks before the start of the booking date, no separate fee will be charged for such change of booking. Changes made at a later date will be considered a cancellation of an earlier reservation and a new reservation.

  • Payment terms

    2.2 The final payment, i.e. the total rent minus the booking fee, must be made no later than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.

    2.3 If it takes 28 days (4 weeks) or less to start the reservation, the full amount will be paid immediately immediately on the day of booking.

    2.4 In case of non-payment and payment periods, the reservation may be cancelled without notice to the tenant and the amounts already paid to the landlord will not be refunded.

  • Delays and compensations

    3.1 The holiday apartment is available to the tenant from the agreed arrival date at 16.00 until the departure date at 12.00.

    3.2 The tenant brings his own linen (sheets and towels) or rents them. The use of linen is mandatory. Covers on pillows, placemats and mattresses must not be removed.

    3.3 The tenant is responsible for the cleaning of the holiday apartment during the rental period and for the final cleaning of the holiday apartment or purchases the final cleaning.

    3.4 The holiday apartment has starter packs of dishwashing detergents, toilet and kitchen papers. The rental price includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of kitchen paper.

    3.5 The rental price of the holiday apartment includes electricity, water and heating, car heating, furniture, cooking and dining utensils, cutlery, mattresses, blankets and pillows and any other goods and/or benefits declared by the landlord.

    3.6 The holiday apartment may be used up to the maximum number of persons indicated in the text as the number of beds or the number of beds agreed when renting the holiday apartment. Parties and other occasions in which the number of persons in the holiday apartment temporarily exceeds the number of persons must be agreed in advance with the landlord. An additional fee of €150 may be charged for unannounced persons.

    3.7 Using a tent, caravan or car on the property of a holiday apartment without the landlord's permission is prohibited. Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment. Smoking is prohibited indoors

  • Damages and deposits

    4.1 The tenant uses the holiday apartment at his own risk and the lessor is not liable to the tenant for any damage caused by the use of the holiday apartment.

    4.2 The tenant is obliged to compensate the lessor in full for any damage caused to the 4holiday apartment or its associated movable property or any damage caused by the breach of these conditions.

    4.3 When leaving, the holiday apartment must be left in a tidy condition and all movable property related to the holiday apartment must be left in the holiday apartment. The tenant can separately purchase a final cleaning to cover the cleaning costs of normal housing. The tenant is obliged to pay the additional costs of cleaning the holiday apartment in the event that there is smoke in the interior of the holiday apartment or the holiday apartment has been left in a significantly untidy condition.

    4.4 Any comments or complaints relating to the holiday apartment must be addressed directly to the property's custodian or landlord at the time of booking, immediately after their subject has arisen and during booking. Complaints made afterwards will not be considered.

    4.5 If any damage to the holiday apartment occurs during the rental period, it must be notified to the landlord no later than the day of the end of the rental period. An arrangement fee of at least EUR 50 may be charged to the tenant in addition to the damage discovered later.
