The holiday cottage is located in Virkkulantie about 8 km north of Rukakylä. It is 6 km to the shop (Sale Ruka). In the immediate vicinity there is Konttaine and the country stop Arola. Karhunkierros and Oulanga National Park are a short drive away. A ski trail (Alakylän latu) runs along the edge of the plot and the toboggan trail is on the other side of the road. Through both, you can access the entire Ruka ski and toboggan network. However, the cottage is in a quiet location in the middle of nature.
The cottage is 64 m2 + large loft. In the cottage there is one bedroom where there is a double bed 160 cm wide. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and the loft has two separate frame mattresses at one end and two mattresses at the other, i.e. max 4+4 sleeping places. The cabin (and kitchen) is fully equipped for at least six. There is also a sauna/washroom, a storage fireplace and firewood, as well as a TV/radio and Wifi. The washroom has a washing machine, the toilet is separate.
The cottage is in its own use and is rented out to couples and families. It is excellent for two, ideal for four and good for six. The cottage is not suitable for small children because of the steep stairs. It is possible to arrange pets separately.
