Wonderful holiday apartment in the enchanting surroundings of Ruka, right on the shores of Lake Talvijärvi. The apartment is ideal for both winter and summer activities. Kitchen and bathroom/sauna renovated in 2024.

Tight cancellation policy

If the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
