Booking and cancellation terms
These terms and conditions are binding once the reservation is made. If the payment of the accommodation bill is delayed by more than 7 days from the due date and the reservation cannot be contacted, the landlord may consider that the reservation has been cancelled. The reservist must be of legal age. Unaccompanied minors are required to have a written commitment from the guardian, which is submitted prior to the start of the
stay.RENTER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION In the event of force majeure, force majeure, the renter may cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund of the mask/fees paid. If the payment of the accommodation bill is delayed by more than 7 days from the due date, the renter can consider that the reservation has been canceled

Payment terms
The reservation fee (€200) will be paid as soon as you receive the invoice. The accommodation fee must be paid by the due date. For bookings with less than 6 weeks to the start of the stay, the full price of the accommodation will be paid immediately.

Damages and deposits
VIOLATIONS AND NOTICES
Theapartment is checked after each renter. If it is found that damage has been caused to the apartment or its movable property. The customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused. For the above reason, all comments and complaints relating to the equipment and condition of the accommodation must be addressed directly to the guardian as soon as the subject matter arises. Insurance and own risksThe
property's caretaker Mökkihuolto Teppo Heiskanen p.040-520 9234 is responsible for the keys to the apartment. The keys to the resort will be handed over at a time agreed by the customer and the maintenance service. The actual cost of changing the locks will be charged for the lost key.
