The address of the cottage is: Kemijärventie 226 E 93830 Rukatunturi, about 5 minutes drive from the front slopes of Ruka.
The apartment has a living-kitchen, bedroom, sauna and washroom/toilet, as well as a spacious upper floor, a total of about 65 square meters.
It is possible to accommodate both allergy sufferers in Puoluka, where domestic animals are not allowed, and others in Mustika, where domestic animals are allowed.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped: stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hand blender and a complete set of dishes for 10 people.
The bedroom has a double bed and storage cupboards.
The upper floor is equipped with four 80 cm wide beds and a sofa bed, which, if necessary, can accommodate two adults to sleep. Beds are fitted with blankets and pillows
. The
living room has a fireplace and a sofa with two sofa chairs. The apartment also includes a closet for drying clothes, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, downstairs there is a 43" Smart TV. For example, you can now watch shows from the Arena using your own mobile phone interface. There is also a cable in the box between your computer and the TV.
In addition, there is still a home theater downstairs with a few old videos (for children, teenagers and adults) and a radio/CD player. Upstairs there is a 32" flat-screen TV. Children's facilities include safety gates in the stairwell, a camping cot, a high chair and a potty
.
The apartment has an electrically heated tiled floor and mechanized ventilation.

Change days are in high season weeks (Sat-Sat). If you're thinking of staying longer than a week, ask for a quote! Possibility to rent also for three months at a time.

The cottage has direct access to the Ruka Ski Resort via a private ski track. In summer swimming and good berry-growing grounds next to it. There is also a great brown time in the trees and on the ground
.
Kuusamo's waste issues have been renewed. You will find new instructions for sorting waste in the cabin folder!
Linen must be brought by yourself, and final cleaning is the responsibility of the renter.
