LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN
The spacious andbright living room-kitchen of the two-storey villa is located on the ground floor. From the kitchen and living room you can admire the beautiful marshy landscape in the direction of Salmilampi. Extra comfort is provided by the wide glazed terrace of the entire villa, where it is nice to go for a morning coffee in the summer and watch the birds and the life. Reindeer visit the yard every day in the summer.
The air heat pump keeps the indoor air nice and fresh even in summer!
SLEEPING AREAS
A restful and restorative night's sleep is guaranteed by quality beds and fresh bedding. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa, each with spacious sliding door cabinets. Two bedrooms have 42” smart TVs. A spreading sofa bed in the downstairs lounge area provides extra beds for two people.
SAUNA COMPARTMENT
Thebeautiful sauna section of the villa is located downstairs. Two rainwater showers, an electric sauna and for complete relaxation, an outdoor hot tub Marques Monaco Elite for five people. The sauna area and the spacious downstairs lounge provide a great setting for evenings and relaxation. In the same context, there is also a toilet and utility room, which conveniently houses
the second fridge freezer in the villa.EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
Thevilla is equipped with all amenities. During the holiday, washing and drying equipment and clothes is easy with a drying cabinet, washing machine and dryer available
.COURTYARD
You can drive the car directly to the canopy, where you can also find a wallbox electric car charging station. The use of the charging station is charged 35c/kWh, depending on the consumption
.In the barbecue house you can cook and sit in the evening in the weather as if the weather is atmospheric by the open fire. The long trees lead over the marshy landscape to the pond, from where you can go rowing and fishing in the summer. The beach is not swimmable. In winter, the popular and well-maintained Alakylä ski trail runs right in front of the cottage and you can switch to the toboggan route around Ruka directly from the yard. 4km to Ruka ski resort

A neighbouring cottage in Kuukkelisalmi is also available for rent through us.

AVolkswagen Caravelle minivan is also available through us. Car rental can be arranged at Kuusamo Airport and Ruka-Kuusamo area
