The front door has direct access to the ski track and the Skibus stop is only 200 m away. The nearest shop, Alko and sledge etc. rental shops 900 m. 3 km by car and 2 km on foot from Ruka village

The apartment has a living room, dining room/kitchen, washroom/sauna, toilet, as well as two separate bedrooms. Two separate toilets.
The larger bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed for the children, and the second bedroom has a double bed (two single beds) and WiFi TV. Steep stairs to the living loft. In the living room, a spreading corner sofa bed. A 55-inch flat-screen TV and PlayStation are also included. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the evening you can sit by the fondue pot or frying waffles! For the smallest guest there is a travel cot, as well as a high chair attached to the table.
There are three parking spaces for cars and two heating outlets right in front of the cabin door.
The spacious terrace has two sun loungers, a dining group for four, and a charcoal grill.
The property is rented only for families, couples and others who spend a peaceful holiday. Not for groups under the age of 25. Bow is prohibited.
Bed linen and towels 18 €/set (to be reserved two business days before accommodation).
The booking calendar is roughly until January 6, 2027.

Booking and cancellation terms
If the customer cancels the reservation, the prepayment portion will not be refunded.

If the booking is cancelled later than 28 days before or during the start of the rental, the charges will not be refunded at all -
Payment terms
The prepayment is 20% of the total price and will be paid at the time of booking.
The final payment will be paid no later than six weeks before the start of the accommodation. No separate reminder will be sent for the final payment -
Delays and compensations
The person making the reservation must be 18 years or older. The apartment is not rented to parties, all of whom are under
18 years of age. -
Damages and deposits
The final
cleaning ordered or the final cleaning included in the rental price of the resort does not include washing dishes, putting the dishes in place and the export of garbage. In addition, the customer must take away empty bottles and cans and put the furniture in place. The customer shall be liable to reimburse the cleaning costs and any additional costs incurred as a result of the omissions, to the extent that they exceed the normal cleaning costs.
