This apartment is designed both for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, but also for an active holiday in magnificent fell and pond landscapes. The apartment is a perfect ski-in, ski-out apartment in the immediate vicinity of both ski trails, ski slopes and the Express lift. The apartment has direct access to skiing, skiing or even cycling. All of Ruka's services with equipment rental, restaurants, varied shops and entertainment venues are located close by a short walk away, so the location is perfect for holidays and leisure. The third-floor balcony of this apartment offers stunning views of Ruka's central square and the slopes of Ruka. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with double beds, which can be separated if necessary. The second bedroom also has a workstation for possible remote work. The kitchen-living room consists of a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The corner sofa in the living room can be spread out for two people into a bed. In addition, the apartment has a separate toilet, sauna and a spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a drying cabinet. The tenants of the apartment also have access to a locked ski storage room downstairs and ski lubrication and maintenance facilities. The car can be parked freely in dozens of parking spaces equipped with free heating spaces located in the property's own fenced courtyard. When the parking spaces are full, the car can be parked in the warm parking garage next door (price 15€/day).
