Booking and cancellation terms

The terms and conditions become binding on both parties once the customer has confirmed the reservation by paying at least an advance fee.
Booking and payment
The customer will be emailed a booking confirmation with the name of the resort, the name and address of the owner, the address details of the resort and the account details for the payment of the rent.
The reservation is confirmed when the customer has paid the advance payment (25% of the rental price) by the due date.
If the booking is made later than four (4) weeks before the start of the holiday, no prepayment will be charged separately. The final payment will be made no later than four (4) weeks before the start of the holiday or according to the
contract.Unless the advance payment or final payment has been paid by the due date, Tempputemmellys Ltd has the right to cancel the booking.
Cancellation of booking
Cancellation must always be made in writing (e-mail, letter). The cancellation is deemed to have taken place at the moment when information about the cancellation has been received by Tempputemmellys Ltd.
An advance fee will be withheld for cancellation of the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled later than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the full price of the holiday will be charged. If the holiday destination can be marketed to another customer who receives an equivalent amount, the advance payment will be withheld.
Thecustomer has the right to recover the amount paid by Tempputemmellys Ltd, except for the advance payment, if the cancellation is due to the fact that the customer himself or a person living in the same joint household suddenly becomes seriously ill, has an accident or dies. The above event must be proven in a reliable way (medical certificate). In case of cancellation during the stay, the accommodation price paid by the guest will not be reimbursed.
OWNER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION
In case of force major, Tempputemmellys Ltd may cancel the booking. In this case, the customer has the right to receive a full refund of the amount paid by Tempputemmellys Ltd.

Delays and compensations
STAY AT THE RESORT
The key to the apartment is in the code drawer to the left of the front door. The code will be sent to the booking email address approximately one week before the start of the holiday in connection with the accommodation instructions. The apartment is available to the guest from the day of arrival at 16:00 until the departure time at 12:00.
The rental of the holiday apartment includes furniture, cooking and dining utensils and cutlery.
Mattresses, blankets and pillows are included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are available for rent at a price
of 15€/person.The apartment is completely non-smoking. It is forbidden to bring pets into the apartment.
The reservation is responsible for the final cleaning of the apartment itself unless he/she has ordered a separate final cleaning at the time of booking. The booking agent must complete the final cleaning in accordance with the cleaning instructions in the apartment before leaving. A cleaning fee of 180€ will be charged to the buyer if the apartment is not cleaned or not cleaned inadequately. The customer is responsible for cleaning during the holiday
.COMPLAINTS
All comments and complaints relating to the resort must be addressed immediately upon their appearance and during the holiday directly to the owner.

COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES
The customer is obliged to immediately inform and compensate all damage caused to the resort or its movable property directly to the owner of the property.
