The apartment has a glazed balcony of approx. 8 m², which offers beautiful views of the danger and the lake. END APARTMENT, so as if you were accommodated in a semi-detached house. (5-dwelling company, originally built in '89).The location of the apartment is the best: a quiet and cozy environment on the shore of Lake Ihtinkijärvi, but still less than 10 minutes drive to the village of Ruka and the slopes. The property is located about 6km from Rukan Sale store in the direction of Kuusamo (about 5min by car), so it is ideal for those who appreciate tranquility but need Ruka's comprehensive services. Kuusamo is about 19km away (approx. 20min drive).Sleeping places for up to 6 people (+baby travel cot), thus suitable for families and couples. Booking and cancellation termsBy paying the booking fee you agree to the terms and conditions.
50% of the rental price (or 100%, see payment terms) will be provided at the time of booking, for which the payment receipt will confirm the reservation.
The booking must be cancelled no later than two weeks before the rental date, the cost of cancelled bookings is always agreed on a case-by-case basis. Any cancellations are always submitted in writing to the landlord.
The reservation will be canceled and the first 50% part will not be refunded if the second 50% part of the rental is not completed within the time limit and/or the reservation is not canceled before the deadline for the second payment.

Payment termsThe first 50% of the rental will be delivered at the time of booking and the second 50% no later than four weeks before the start of the booking date.
If the reservation is made less than four weeks before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental will be provided at the time of booking. -
Delays and compensationsSmoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the glazed terrace.
It is forbidden to organize parties in the cottage.
Pets are NOT allowed unless specifically permitted by a derogation and recorded in the rental agreement. Only dogs are allowed in exceptional cases, all other pets are strictly prohibited. -
Damages and depositsThe tenant is obliged to report the damage caused to the landlord and compensate it; the acquisition of a new equivalent or the restoration of the broken/damaged one to the condition it was before the damage.
In the event of damage caused to the cottage after renting, the landlord has the right to recover these expenses retrospectively.
The cabin is checked after each rental. -
