Booking and cancellation terms
The reservation takes effect when the booking fee (10%) has been paid. The final price (90%) is paid 14 days before the start of the reservation.
The reservation fee will be fully refunded if the customer cancels the reservation 2 weeks before it starts. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the booking fee will not be refunded
.If the customer cancels the reservation after the final payment of the rental has been paid, the final payment will be refunded if the customer provides an acceptable explanation of the reason for the cancellation (medical certificate or similar).

Delays and compensations
The
rental price includes the use of the apartment, water, electricity and firewood during the rental period. Cleaning can be ordered separately at a price of 50 euros. If no cleaning has been ordered, the customer will carry out a thorough final cleaning himself.
Charging for electric cars and motorhomes must be agreed separately. It is not allowed to bring bellows, etc., into the courtyard of the apartment.
