A really cozy and modern log terraced apartment is offered for rent. Apartment area 58 m², of which 10 m² in the loft (so-called full-height space). In addition, the loft has a space of 7 m² less than 160 cm high. Ruka village (West Ruka) 3 km.
Kitchen/Living room: kitchen fully equipped. In the living room, a large sofa, an armchair and a fireplace. Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 2 separate beds with frame mattresses. Loft separate bedroom with door curtain: 2 separate beds with frame mattresses. Loft: 135x180cm frame mattress bed in the lobby recess. Electric sauna and washroom. 2 x WC (on both floors). Storage space in all sleeping areas. Downstairs and loft bedrooms have blackout curtains.
Air heat pump for cooling available free of charge for bookings starting or ending between 15 June and end of August.
In addition, a glazed back terrace of 7 m² and a separate 4 m² wood storage/ski storage in the yard.
Parking space in the yard with a heated pole, possibility of parking two cars.
Rukamaja is a modern, well-equipped and comfortably furnished holiday apartment in the popular and prestigious Kesäjärvi cottage area in a quiet location. Walking distance approx. 1 km, including shops and safari services. Especially suitable for families and couples with children. You can ski almost from your own yard and ski slopes without a car, skibus stop about 20 m away. Nearest lift Talvijärvi, nearest restaurant Rukatonttu.
Additional information: Dryer, 4 pcs of Stiga wheel sleds, sledges and sliders. Samsung Smart TV x 2 (in the living room and downstairs bedroom). DVD/BluRay Player. Hair dryer. High chair and potty. The stairs leading to the loft have a child gate at the bottom and at the top.
Other distances: Oulanga National Park/Little Bear Tour 22 km. Swimming can be reached from the shore of Kesäjärvi, which is about 200 m away. Stone pond lean-to approx. 2 km.
Do not bring a bath tub or the like.
In high season rentals are usually sat-sat, but you can also ask for a different start date and shorter/longer period by enquiring with the owner.
In May - August pricing, Nettimöki's pricing structure results in a price that is too high for 4-6 day rentals. In this case, ask the owner for a quote.
Bookings start at 4pm and end at 12pm (weekend bookings also).
Cleaning and linen can be ordered separately through the landlord. Cleaning 100 euros and linen/towels 21 euros per person.
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets!
We don't rent to stag/party groups!

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsThe tenant must familiarize himself with the cottage folder of the apartment. If the customer has not ordered cleaning and fails to do a thorough cleaning, a double cleaning fee will be charged for cleaning. The customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the accommodation or its movable property. Any damage caused must be immediately notified to the owner. In the apartment and on its terraces, smoking and bringing pets into the apartment is strictly prohibited! If you smoke in the apartment or on the terraces or pets have been brought into the apartment, a fee of 400 euros will be charged in addition to the ionization costs incurred and allergy cleaning costs. Charging an electric/hybrid car is prohibited because the main fuses of the object cannot withstand the load of the charge.
