We are located in the popular Rukanreuta area, which is a short drive everywhere. The tracks, snowmobile and bike trails start from the same road and the Rukan SkiBus runs along Rukanriutta to the slopes. It is easy to hike to the Kivilammi lean-to by about 1km, so even with small children you can easily hike easily. In summer, you can walk, run or bike from our yard without asphalting, walking, running or cycling, whatever suits you best!
A grocery store, Alko and a gas station can be found just over a mile away, the nearest ski lift is Kelo. Downstairs, in addition to the kitchen and living room, there are two bedrooms, each with a plush double bed. In addition, on the lower floor there is a separate toilet, a utility room with a toilet, two rain showers in the washing rooms and a sauna with views opening in two directions. On the terrace you can cool off after the sauna or, if you wish, you can even jump into a snowdrift from the terrace in winter. On the second floor there are also two more bedrooms. One has 3 80cm beds and the other has a 120cm and 80cm bed. In addition, upstairs there is a bathroom with shower
and a child gate.
There is a carport and a plug bay for the car. Charging 100kWh of the electric car is included in the price of the weekly rental and the excess is billed at the end of the stay. Wallbox charger does not include cable (so bring your own, type2). There is also a toboggan run and Stiga Ruka's Stiga hill. We have a fast internet connection, so it is also very easy to do remote work.
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately for a separate fee of 18e/set or if you want them covered, our cabin service will make them ready for you at a price of 25e/set

Booking and cancellation terms
The booking is confirmed when the customer has paid the booking fee (20% of the rental price of the resort) by the due date or the booking fee and final payment in one go. The final payment will be paid no later than six (6) weeks before the start of the holiday. If the reservation is less than six weeks from the start of the reservation, the full amount is due to be paid in one time. If the customer does not process payments on time, the owner has the right to cancel the booking.
Any cancellations must be notified to the owner in writing by e-mail to rukanaarre@rukanaarre.fi The cancellation is deemed to have occurred at the moment the owner was informed of the cancellation. The reservation fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Any amount paid in advance, will be refunded if the cancellation is made before the due date of the final payment. The balance will not be refunded for cancellations made after the due date of the final payment. If the customer cancels their booking and leaves the resort before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time and the customer will not be entitled to
a refund.In the event of force majeure, the owner may cancel the reservation. Such obstacles include fire and mandatory repairs that prevent the use of the cottage. In this case, the customer has the right to get the rent paid back in full. The owner has the right to cancel the reservation without refunds if the reservation fee or the final payment has not been paid by the
due date. -
Delays and compensations
The client must be of legal age. The terms mentioned here are binding on both parties after the customer has paid the booking fee

Damages and deposits
The customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the accommodation or its movable property. Any damage caused must be immediately notified to the owner.
