Alakerrassa noin 60 m2, ja parvella 20 m2. Hissille Vuosseliin ja lähimpään ravintolaan on matkaa alle 2 km. Hoidetut hiihtoladut kulkevat Kelovallan mökkien vierestä. Moottorikelkareitille pääsee helposti Vuosselijärven ylitse.
Alueen pohjoispuolella sijaitsee Valtavaaran luonnonsuojelualue. Ruska-aikaan suosittu Karhunkierroksen vaellusreitti kulkee alueen läheltä ja Valtavaaran luonnonsuojelualueella on lyhyempiä patikointireittejä.

Booking and cancellation terms
The destination is available to the customer from the date of arrival at 16:00 until the departure at 12:00. The rental includes free use of the property, bedding (mattresses, blankets, pillows), firewood and tableware, and summertime use of a rowing boat. You can bring your own sheets or order sheets and towels for the compensation indicated in the price list.
The customer takes care of the cleaning of the property during the rental period and at the end of the rental period unless otherwise agreed. If the cleaning has not been completed, we will have to charge the customer a cleaning fee of 180€. If purchased in advance, the cleaning fee is 120€. If the key remains inside, the door opening can be ordered from the service. For the lost key, we will also have to recover the cost of a new key.
The property may not be used by more people than what was agreed upon when booking the accommodation. The importation of pets must be notified at the time of booking.
Cancellation must be made by email to Kelovalta IV. If the cancellation is made at least 21 days before the start of the stay, the prepayment will be refunded except for the cancellation fee of €30 and the office costs of €10. In case of cancellation 20-14 days before the start of the accommodation, the prepayment will be withheld. For later cancellations, the full fee will be charged unless the property is re-rented. In the event of cancellation due to a serious illness of the booking agent or a loved one before the start of the stay, the accommodation rent will be refunded minus cancellation and office costs of €40. In this case, we need a medical certificate of the reason for the cancellation. -
Payment termsThe
terms and conditions take effect when the customer has paid a prepayment of 30% of the accommodation price by the due date after booking. The remainder of the payment must be paid to the stated account 3 weeks before the start of the stay.

Payments for last minute bookings (less than 3 weeks for the start of the stay) must be paid in one go. The reservist must be of legal age. Key handover is agreed 2 to 3 days before the start of the accommodation with the property's guardian or landlord -
Damages and deposits
The customer is obliged to compensate for any damage caused to the object or its movable property during his stay, with the exception of minor damage and wear associated with normal living. Comments and complaints regarding the equipment and condition of the accommodation are requested to be addressed directly to the landlord. Unfortunately, we cannot take into account any subsequent complaints.
