The modern and cozy Ruka Korterinne is located in a quiet location near Rukatunturi and offers an opportunity for an active holiday. The spacious cottage with mechanical ventilation of about 100 m2 has accommodation for eight people.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a 180 cm wide double bed and the second bedroom has a 160 cm wide bed with a loft bed for one person above it. There is also a separate kitchen, living room, utility room and wooden sauna and bath facilities on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a large loft with two 90 cm wide beds and a 140 cm sofa bed.
Thewell-equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, dishes for eight, coffee maker, toaster, electric mixer and kettle. The utility room includes a washing machine, drying cupboard and ironing facilities. Wireless internet access is included
in the rental.In the yard there is a carport and a storage room with the possibility of servicing skis and a heating place for the car.
Theski trail can be reached directly from the cottage. Skiing can be easily reached by ski bus, the nearest stop is 70 m away. Snowmobile, hiking and cycling trails run in the vicinity of
the cottage.NB! Residents are also offered a hot tub heated with wood at a separate price of 200€ per week when renting the cottage. In this case, the hot tub is only available to the residents of this cottage and the firewood and water needed to heat it are included in the price.
If you want, you can order a final cleaning (160€) or clean the cabin yourself.
Bed linen can be ordered at 20 €/person/rental.
We don't rent a cottage to youth groups.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
