Welcome to a new and atmospheric, very modern and high quality cottage in the Rukanriuta area. The cottage is well equipped and close to services but you can still enjoy the tranquility of nature thanks to the good location of the cottage.
Enjoy the outdoor activities and activities offered in the Ruka area even in the summer. At the end of the day, you can relax in the privacy of the cottage, for example, enjoying the sauna or hot tub.
The cottage has three bedrooms. One bedroom is located downstairs with a double bed. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one with a bunk bed with a wide bedspread (140cmx180cm) and a top bed (90cmx180cm) and a separate 80cm bed. The cabin has an excellent level of equipment. In the kitchen, high-quality appliances with wine cabinets. Downstairs there is a separate toilet, atmospheric bathroom and sauna, as well as a utility room. Available washing machine and dryer

7-person hot tub on the terrace at the entrance, where you can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery. Access from the terrace to a separate clothing/ski maintenance room where you can dry clothes in the drying cabinet and maintain skis etc.
From the living room there is access to a private balcony where in summer you can find a dining group and a gas grill.
Skiing and sledding can be reached almost from your own yard. A ski bus runs
within walking distance.
Cleaning is added to the price of £100.
Bed linen must be ordered separately for 20€/set.
In high season weekly rental, change day Saturday
Jacuzzi: 200€/rental, weekly rentals include the use of the hot tub.

If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
