Spacious cottage located on the Plantingin ridge with a nice view. The windows of the cottage offer wonderful views of Juhannuskallio, Riisitunturi and Pyhävaara. Ski trails, toboggan and bike trails and hiking trails leave just a stone's throw from the cottage. The nearest Skibus stop is about 100 m away. Kelorinne (the nearest ski slope) is about 1 km away on foot. Ruka village services are approximately 1.5 km away.
In the interior you will find comfortable spaces.
Residential floor 90m2 (renovated 2022 summer): Living area and open kitchen with large traditional storage fireplace and terrace with great views. For movie nights, the 55" Smart-Tv takes care of entertainment with high-speed WiFi. There is also a Bluetooth speaker in the living room. Three bedrooms (2+2+2) with hotel-level Unikulma beds. Spacious hallway, toilet with shower and drying cabinet. In addition, a separate lockable outdoor storage. In the living room there is also an air source heat pump with air conditioning
.Ground floor 30m2: Dressing/fireplace room and sauna area renovated in summer 2018. The ground floor consists of a large sofa, separate toilet, shower room and sauna for approx. 6 persons. From the fireplace room there is access to the sheltered courtyard. The atmosphere is brought by an open fireplace powered by bioethanol
.Upper floor 30m2 (renovated 2022 summer): Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, toilet and open space (7 beds in total, including 5 hotel-level Unikulma beds and 2 wooden frame beds with quality mattresses.
