High-quality holiday apartment in a semi-detached house completed in 2014 in the Rukanriuta area. The high sloping roof and large windows with views of the fell bring light and a sense of space to the living room and loft.
The apartment has an excellent level of equipment and all modern comforts. The kitchen has good cooking facilities, tableware for 8 people and a dishwasher. A washing machine and a drying cupboard are also available. In the living room and upstairs, a flat-screen TV with basic channels (a Conax slot for pay-TV channels is also available). The apartment has sleeping places for 8 people. Downstairs spacious living room with kitchen, bedroom, sauna & bathroom, separate toilet and terrace. From the sauna facilities there is access to the hot tub in the courtyard, which can be booked at an extra cost

Rukakeskus approx. 2.5 km, toboggan run 0,5 km, ski trail 0,3 km. Ruka's wide range of outdoor activities and hobbies (including ski trails, ski slopes, cycling and hiking trails) in close proximity.
