Villa Ilvesrinne B is a new and stylish villa that accommodates both families and groups of friends. The B-side of this semi-detached house offers a luxury holiday close to everything a northern holiday needs. The destination is located in the area of Rukanriuta, where tracks, cycling and snowmobile trails are within walking distance. The slopes and the extensive ski network of Ruka Ski Resort are easily accessible by SkiBus. The nearest grocery store, Alko and a gas station are located less than 1 km away. During the winter season 2024/25, the price of accommodation includes 2 lift tickets worth up to 515€ (night tickets).
The facilities are amazing. The large windows of the living kitchen offer a view of the northern forest, which changes its look according to the seasons. The fireplace brings atmosphere to winter evenings. Downstairs there are sleeping areas for five: two bedrooms with comfortable beds, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed that can also withstand the weight of adults. On the ground floor there is also an atmospheric and welcoming sauna, a washroom with rain showers, a utility room and 2 toilets. From the sauna you can cool off directly to the large terrace and even if you want to go for a spin. In the summer season, terrace furniture and barbecue facilities are available.
The
full height upstairs has sleeping quarters for four. There is a spacious “master bedroom” of the house with a 180 cm wide bed, a quiet remote working space, and free high-speed Wi-Fi works throughout the house. Upstairs there is also a cozy lobby with a sofa bed spread out as a double bed. The cottage also has a child's travel cot, high chair and children's dishes for the little ones in the family.
Plug-in places for cars are in the carport and on the lower parking platform. The carport also has a warm storage area where you can service skis, store hobby equipment and dry wet items in a drying
cabinet.
Bed linen and towels can be booked separately for a separate fee of 20e/set (25e/set). For weekly bookings, final cleaning is included in the price and for 2-6 day bookings it is added on top of the reservation (mandatory).
Charging an electric car is possible depending on the consumption of 25 snt/kWh. The charger has a fixed Type
2 cable.
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets.

Booking and cancellation terms
The booking is confirmed when the customer has paid the booking fee (20% of the rental price of the resort) by the due date or the booking fee and final payment in one go. The final payment will be paid no later than six (6) weeks before the start of the holiday. If the reservation is less than six weeks from the start of the reservation, the full amount is due to be paid in one time. If the customer does not process payments on time, the owner has the right to cancel the booking.
Cancellations must be notified to the owner in writing via Nettimök's messages. The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the owner became aware of the cancellation. The reservation fee is non-refundable in the event of a possible cancellation. Any amount paid in advance, will be refunded if the cancellation is made before the due date of the final payment. The balance will not be refunded for cancellations made after the due date of the final payment. If the customer cancels their booking and leaves the resort before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time and the customer will not be entitled to
a refund.In the event of force majeure, the owner may cancel the reservation. Such obstacles include fire and mandatory repairs that prevent the use of the cottage. In this case, the customer has the right to get the rent paid back in full. The owner has the right to cancel the reservation without refunds if the reservation fee or the final payment has not been paid by the
due date. -
Payment terms
The client must be of legal age. The terms and conditions set out here are binding on both parties after the customer has paid the booking
fee. -
Damages and deposits
The customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the accommodation or its movable property. Any damage caused must be immediately notified to the owner.
