The modern cottage, completed in 2010, is suitable for up to 12 people (two sleeping places with a sofa bed). The property has two living rooms, with an open kitchen on the middle floor, as well as five bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the top floor, one with a double bed and the other with separate beds. On the middle floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. On the bottom floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, connected to the room with toilet and shower. On the lowest floor of the apartment there is also a utility room and a ski maintenance room. The apartment has a car heating plug in the carport and a separate outdoor socket. Accessories on site: carport, snowmobile stable, 3x TV, 2x Blu-ray, Free internet, wireless phone charging, Genelec speakers, ski maintenance room, outdoor grill and safety gates on the stairs. The main layer is also suitable for those who move poorly. The cottage is located on the shore of a pond, but there is no swimming opportunity. Pets are not allowed in the property. NB! Minimum booking period 3 days, holidays according to the seasonal price list
