The cozy and bright Rukanlyhty is located in the quiet Kesäjärvi area. The nearest services are within walking distance of about 1 km and the Ski bus stop is 100 metres from the cottage yard. The shared beach is about 200 metres away. The half-timbered semi-detached house has a cozy atmosphere and is well suited for families with children

The cottage has 63.5 square meters. On the lower floor of the cottage there is a living-kitchen and one bedroom, as well as sauna facilities and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is a spacious and bright, open loft with plenty of living space as well as two beds + two sleeping places on a mattress. The loft is partly high (max height is just over 2 meters) and partly low, and there are good stairs to the loft. At the top is the child gate. There is also a cot and a high chair in the cabin
.
Well-behaved pets are welcome!
The cottage is about 200 metres away from the shared beach with a jetty and a campfire in summer. The cottage has camping equipment (e.g. backpack, campfire pot, campfire pan etc.) as well as a campfire place in the yard.
Outdoor trails can be reached from the immediate vicinity of the cottage, whether by foot, bike, skis or snowmobile.
In high season, the minimum rental period is a week, but you can also ask for shorter periods. At other times, the minimum rental period is 2 days.
The tenant can do the final cleaning himself or order the cleaning at the time of booking for 120€. Carefully read the instructions for final cleaning in the cabin.
Blankets can be ordered separately at the time of booking. Bedding clothes 20€/set delivered to the cottage or 25€/set when padded

If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
