Booking and cancellation terms
If the cancellation comes 1 month before the start of the rental, then the rent will be refunded in full. Subsequent cancellations will only be reimbursed if the rental period in question can be resold

Payment terms
The invoice will be emailed in the next few days for the deed of hire. Payment time is negotiable but usually the full amount is billed at once and the due date is just over a week away if there is plenty of time to book. If the booking time is near then the due date for the same or the next day of the invoice

Delays and compensations
When invoicing, you will receive comprehensive information about the apartment etc. By paying for the rental, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines of the apartment.

If something breaks during your stay in the apartment, feel free to notify the owner or the downstairs respite. Compensation is always considered on a case-by-case basis
