From this apartment you can access the ski track almost directly from the door and the ski resort is less than two kilometers away. You can also go on holiday without a car, as SkiBus is only 400 metres away. Compact 40 square meters apartment is a great choice especially for couples
and small families.
You can spend the night in the apartment in an atmospheric 10 square loft with beds for four (160 cm wide spring mattress with memory petar and two 90 cm wide mattresses). If a low loft (less than standing height) seems like a foreign option, there is also a comfortable sofa bed (152 cm wide bed) in the living area.
Outdoor equipment is conveniently stored in a locked outdoor storage shed located outside the apartment. There is also a plug point for the car. A terrace, a charcoal grill and a campfire on the beach are also at your disposal.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsThe resort is available to the guest from the date of arrival at 16:00 to the day of departure at 12.00, unless otherwise agreed. The rental of the property includes free use of the holiday apartment, bedding (mattresses, blankets, pillows), firewood, basic tableware and cleaning equipment. The customer will bring their own bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels), if they have not ordered and paid for them separately. If the customer has not used the bed linen, the reservation will be sent a postinvoice for washing bedding, pillows and pillowcases, with a minimum charge of 60€. Limitations Smoking is prohibited at the property and pets are not allowed at the property! Failure to comply with the ban will result in immediate termination of the lease. If there is smoking in the apartment or pets have been brought into the apartment, the landlord is entitled to charge cleaning costs from the tenant (but not less than 300€). The onward rental of the object is prohibited. The property may not be used by more people than what was agreed upon when booking the accommodation. Damages and damages Any defects and deficiencies detected by the customer must be immediately reported to the landlord with pictures. The customer is obliged to compensate the landlord directly for any damage caused to the resort or its movable property during his stay. The landlord has the right to recover costs for the loss of the key (e.g. re-serialization of locks and new keys). The landlord is not liable for damage caused to the customer due to force majeure or similar cause (e.g. natural phenomena, power outages, etc.) that was not caused by the landlord and the consequences of which the landlord could not reasonably prevent. Final cleaning The customer is responsible for cleaning the property during the rental period and at the end of the rental period. If no cleaning has been completed, a double final cleaning fee will be charged. Final cleaning instructions can be found on the wall of the apartment.
