The cottage consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor, a living area with kitchen and dining area and, of course, washing facilities with sauna. There are two sleeping areas in the upstairs loft.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob and oven. In addition, there are various small appliances; coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. The freezer can be found in the storage room next to the front door. In addition to basic dishes, the tableware includes wine glasses and schnapps.
There is a separate toilet in the hallway and there is enough storage space in the hallway for all outdoor clothing and footwear. A drying cabinet is also placed in the hallway. When entering the bathrooms, there is a housekeeping area, where you can find cleaning supplies, closet space, sauna control panel and washing machine. There is another toilet in connection with the washing facilities. In the sauna you will find spacious decks and relaxing LED lighting.
Bedrooms have plenty of storage space for clothes. Both bedrooms have double beds (160 cm). Bed linen should be used. The stairs leading to the loft are steep and require caution, sturdy and good handrails are on either side of the stairs. There is a gate at the top of the stairs and the upper floor is built so that it is safe even for the smallest of the family. Both ends of the loft serve as sleeping quarters. At one end there is a 160 cm double bed and at the other end there are two separate 80 cm beds, which of course can also be combined into one. At the other end of the loft, there is a TV viewing space where you can find a PS3 game console, with a few games. For those in need of additional sleeping places, a few mattresses are reserved for the cottage, as well as a few extra pillows and duvets. Also upstairs you can find a small storage space for clothes.
Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by his pet.
Outside you will find a carport, of which the place on the right side is reserved for the user of our cabin. In the warehouses that are an extension of the carport, you will find, for example, trees for the fireplace, and in another storage room you can, for example, lubricate the
skis. The
exchange date at the cottage is Saturday. In front of the front door of the cottage, the snow work is left to the tenant, there are not many of them!
At the cottage you should use your own bed linen (sheets and towels), as well as toilet and household papers. The final cleaning of the cottage is also the responsibility of the tenant, unless the tenant has specifically ordered the final cleaning. If the cottage has to do extra cleaning, the tenant is obliged to pay for it. The tenant is also liable for property that is broken or messed up.

If the Renter cancels at least 14 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be returned except for the 50e service fee. If the Renter cancels at least 5 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rent paid will be refunded. After that, cancelled bookings will not be refunded at all.
The
rent must be paid 30 days before the start of the accommodation. For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, all fees will be charged immediately.
Indoor pets welcome.
If the customer has not ordered the final cleaning, he will handle the final cleaning himself. If extra cleaning is required at the cottage, the tenant is obliged to pay. The customer informs about any damage he may have caused and is obliged
to compensate them.Charging an electric or hybrid car only as agreed.
The tenant is obliged to compensate for all damage caused to the cottage or movable property.
