Rukan monipuoliset aktiviteetit ovat ihan lyhyen matkan päässä. Ski-bussille matkaa on vain 300 metriä.
Kesäisin sinua kutsuvat upeat kalastusvedet ja marjametsät, eikä vaellusreititkään ole kaukana.
Huomioitavaa; Mökille tulee ottaa omat lakanat, pyyhkeet, laudeliinat sekä pesuaineet. Halutessaan liinavaatteet saa myös vuokrattuna.
Oma petipaikka löytyy kuudelle henkilölle; toisessa makuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja toisessa 140cm leveä sänky sekä kerrossänky. Lisäksi olohuoneessa on levitettävä sohva, johon mahtuu kaksi yöpyjää.
Vuokran lisäksi perimme 100,00 euroa ns siivousmaksua mikäli vuokralainen haluaa ostaa siivouspalvelun. Muutoin vuokralainen hoitaa siivouksen itse.
Korvausta vastaan käytössä on myös sähköauton lataus.

Booking and cancellation terms
The minimum booking period is two days.
During Christmas and New Year, as well as ski holidays during the weeks, the minimum booking period is one week.
The start date can be any.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must always be made in writing. Failure to pay the bill is not a cancellation. If the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the start of the stay, the prepayment minus 10€ will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the prepayment will always be withheld

Payment terms
The prepayment is 20% of the accommodation price. The final payment must be paid 30 days before the start of the accommodation. For bookings made less than 30 days, all fees will be charged immediately.

Delays and compensations
In addition to the rent, we charge 100.00 euros a so-called cleaning fee if the tenant wants to buy a cleaning service. Otherwise, the tenant will do the cleaning himself. The reservist must be of legal age. Unaccompanied minors are required to have a written commitment from the guardian, which is submitted prior to the start of the stay. The person who booked the apartment must also be accommodated in the apartment. The key must be handed over 2-3 days before
