Completed in August 2023, stylish 170m2 apartment Villa Kanger Ruka is located in the vicinity of Veskajärvi, close to Ruka's services, slopes and outdoor trails.
The magnificently designed and decorated two-storey apartment has large landscape windows, from where you can observe the wonders of nature and admire the change of seasons, from the northern lights to the sleepless night.
The apartment consists of two semi-detached apartments between which you can move by opening the interior doors separating the apartments. On the street level of the apartment there are living rooms, kitchens and four separate double bedrooms with private toilet and shower space. In the living rooms and downstairs lounges there is a sofa that can be spread out as a bed for two people, downstairs guests have use of the toilet and shower facilities in the sauna compartment.
Downstairs sauna sections with two showers, access from the premises to the back terrace with outdoor hot tubs.
Downstairs utility room with washing machine and drying cupboard.
The rent includes final cleaning, bed linen for eight people, bath and hand towels, if necessary, bed linen for extra beds 20€/person.
The restaurant and program services of RukaSalon, located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, are available for our visitors to book, for example, a variety of sauna experiences, including a traditional smoke sauna.
Villa Veskaranta's private beach area, located about 300 metres from the apartment, is available to our guests, a boat on the beach and the possibility of a fire.
A ski trail, a Skibus stop and a toboggan run are about 100m from the Apartment. You can leave directly from the courtyard of the apartment to cycle paths and to the vellus trails in the Ruka area.
