Villa Baru! -villa is a unique villa and beach sauna complex impregnated by the northern lake landscape near Ruka Ski Resort and Oulanga National Park.
The villa's 3 bedrooms and sofas in the sauna and living room can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
A special feature of this villa is its own crystal clear lake beach and a wood-burning sauna.
The buildings are built on the shore of Lake Hakojärvi, close to the shoreline, on top of a handsome beach headland.
TheHarvia Legend wood stove is heated by a Harvia Legend wood stove and is accessed from the villa by stairs leading from the sauna to the private beach. You can take a dip in the lake from your own pier and in winter you can also make an opening with an ice saw found at the cottage
. Thefront slopes of Ruka are only about 8 minutes away by car, you can easily go sledding from your own yard and the nearest ski track can be reached on foot. Here you can still spend your holidays in peace and free from the hustle and bustle of the cottage village of Ruka Centre, as there are few neighbours. The terrain around the villa is beautiful pine fabric typical of northern Finland. You can start your outdoor activities right at the door!

In addition to the rental amount, there are no additional costs for the villa!
Firewood and recreational equipment found in the cottage are included in the price, and the villa aims to keep toilet and kitchen paper, laundry and dishwasher detergent, cleaning products and utensils, as well as barbecue coals, but the availability of anything is not guaranteed.
Youcan enter the villa by entering the code used during the rental period into the smart lock on the front door. Tenants use their own sheets and towels unless they are rented separately (20€/person). It is possible for the tenants to do the careful final cleaning themselves or the final cleaning can be booked at a cost of 150€/time

Booking and cancellation terms
The reservation fee is non-refundable in the event of a possible cancellation. Any amount paid in advance will be refunded if the cancellation has been notified before the due date. If the cancellation comes after the balance is due, but more than two weeks (14 days) before arrival, half of the total amount (50%) will be refunded. If the cancellation comes after this time, or when the tenant is already staying at the villa, the rental price will not be refunded

The first part of the booking fee is 25% of the total price of the reservation, which must be paid within 7 days of booking.
The remaining part of the reservation price (75%) must be paid 30 days before the start of the reservation.
