Tasokkaassa, koneellisella ilmanvaihdolla varustetussa, noin 110 m2 huvilassa on majoitustilat 8+2 hengelle (max 8 aikuista). Pihassa sijaitsee autotalli sekä erilliset lämmityspaikat kahdelle autolle. Alakerrassa makuuhuone, avara tupakeittiö sekä sauna- ja kylpytilat. Yläkerrassa yksi makuuhuone kahdella vuoteella ja lisäksi 4 erillistä vuodepaikkaa. Yläkerrassa lisäksi matala tila vaikka lasten leikeille.
Hyvin varustellusta keittiössä laadukkaat Bosch -kodinkoneet, kotimaiset astiastot 10:lle , kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, sähkövatkain ja blenderi. Yhdistetystä, tilavasta sauna-kylpy-kodinhoito -huoneessa pyykinpesukone, kuivausrumpu, hiustenkuivaaja, silitysvälineet. Tilava sauna hyvillä näköaloilla.

Hiihtoladulle pääset suoraan mökiltä ja laskettelurinteet ovat muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Moottorikelkkareitti, vaellus -ja pyöräilyreitit kulkee mökin läheisyydessä. Mökki sijaitsee Salmilammen vieressä ja rantaan on noin 30 metriä. Lampi on puhdasvetinen ja toisesta päästä jopa 10 metriä syvä. Lammesta saa ainakin haukea ja ahventa.
Kesäaikana ja syksyllä vaihtopäivä sunnuntai, talvisesonkina lauantai.
Normaalisti tuloaika on kello 18:00 ja lähtöaika kello 14:00 mutta usein se on muokattavissa ja sovittavissa tarpeiden mukaan.
Kysy myös pidempiä ja lyhyempiä aikoja vuokrattavaksi.
Yksi pieni lemmikkieläin sallitaan, siitä sovittava erikseen vuokrauksen yhteydessä.

Booking and cancellation terms
The plot with the buildings and equipment is completely occupied by the tenant. No parties or parties are allowed in the cottage.
Only guests who have been notified to the landlord are allowed to stay in the cottage. Extra guests can not be invited to the cottage.
The tenant undertakes to keep the cottage and furnishings in good condition and to live with respect for the cottage and property. If the property of the cottage is damaged, the tenant is fully liable for compensation. By paying the rental price, the tenant agrees to these terms and conditions.
If the reservation is canceled less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental, the landlord has the right to keep the prepayment himself. If the reservation is canceled less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental, the lessor has the right to keep the entire rental for himself if he cannot get the property rented at full price again.
If the reservation is canceled more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental, the reservation fee will be refunded to the renter.
The landlord has the right to cancel the reservation in case of force majeure (damage to the cottage, sale of the cottage, etc.). In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The landlord is not obliged to reimburse the lessee for any costs incurred by the cancelled rental.
The cottage is available to the customer from the day of arrival at 18:00 until the departure at 14:00. The tenancy relationship is between the landlord and the tenant. The cottage must not be handed over to a third party. The cabin can be used by a maximum number of people, which is indicated in the text of the presentation or on the Internet.
If you find when you come to the cottage that it is not in the condition described above or that the furniture/dishes are broken, inform the landlord immediately.Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
If the key is lost, it will be charged the re-serialization price plus a €60 surcharge.

Payment terms
The reservation fee of 30% is paid at the time of booking and the remaining 1 month before the start of the rental.
