Villa Nallenkolo is a well-maintained two-bedroom compact detached cottage with an efficient layout completed in the summer of 2021. This detached cottage is located in a quiet location in the middle of the forest, but is still right next to Rukatunturi. The Talvijärvi Anchor Lift is less than 3km away, as you can easily ascend to
the heart of the ski resort.Villa Nallenkolo is suitable for a wide range of guests, whether you are coming for a relaxing and/or active holiday.
In the cottage you can find all modern equipment, e.g.

The cottage has two bedrooms, both of which have well closet space as well as their own bedside tables and lamps. One bedroom has two separate 80cm wide beds (combinable) and the other one 160cm wide double bed. All beds are domestic, quality Unico beds. The sofa bed in the cottage has a separate 140cm wide bed section; the bed part is pulled out of the sofa by a mechanism (often the bed of the sofa beds comes on top of the sofa cushions.) In addition, the sofa bed has two different mattresses to choose from, or both.

Villa Nallenkolo's freight forwarding is handled by the local forwarding company Ruka 911 Real Estate Services, which takes care of the cleaning and equipping of the cottage according to the order, also taking into account special requests. . Therental of the cottage ALWAYS includes final cleaning, this ensures cleanliness and proper condition of the premises for each renter. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. If necessary, the freight forwarder will also provide a linen package (see price on the announcement), which includes bed linen and a small towel,
as well as a large towel. In thecottage and on the glazed terrace pets, as well as smoking are strictly prohibited. The cottage is not rented for party groups.

Booking and cancellation terms
By paying the booking fee you agree to the terms and conditions.
50% of the rental price (or 100%, see payment terms) will be provided at the time of booking, for which the payment receipt will confirm the reservation.
The booking must be cancelled no later than two weeks before the rental date, the cost of cancelled bookings is always agreed on a case-by-case basis. Any cancellations are always submitted in writing to
the landlord.The reservation will be canceled and the first 50% part will not be refunded if the second 50% part of the rental is not completed within the time limit and/or the reservation is not canceled before the deadline for the second payment.

Payment terms
The first 50% of the rental will be delivered at the time of booking and the second 50% no later than four weeks before the start of the booking date.
If the reservation is made less than four weeks before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental will be provided at the time of booking.

Delays and compensations
In the cottage and on the glazed terrace pets, as well as smoking are strictly prohibited.
It is forbidden to organize parties in the cottage.
If the tenant causes a repeated disturbance or other abuse occurs at the cottage, the landlord can cancel the rental immediately without refunds.

Damages and deposits
The tenant is obliged to report the damage caused to the landlord and compensate it; the acquisition of a new equivalent or the restoration of the broken/damaged one to the condition it was before the damage.
In the event of damage caused to the cottage after renting, the landlord has the right to recover these expenses retrospectively.
The cabin is checked after each rental.
