This semi-detached log cabin is located in a tranquil setting along Hietavaarantie, on the shores of Imponlampi, just a 10-minute drive from the popular Ruka tourist center. The area offers wonderful opportunities for outdoor activities, exploring nature, and relaxation year-round. In winter, snowmobile and ski trails are right next to the cabin.
The apartments are 55m² each. Both have two bedrooms with 2 beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen and dining area. Toilet, shower, and washing machine.
The apartments include separate cozy sauna cabins where you can also spend time.
In the yard, there's a nice grill area where you can barbecue or roast sausages. The property is located by a large pond, so in the summer you can row or swim, and in the winter, go ice fishing right from the yard.
Both apartments can be rented together or separately.
Rental rates:
Christmas and New Year: €950/week
Weeks 8-14 and Midsummer week: €950/week
Other times: €680/week
During peak seasons, the rental period is for the whole week, with changeover day on Sunday. Check-out at 14:00 and new guests can arrive at 15:00.
Other times price:
Long weekend Thursday - Sunday: €400 and Sunday - Thursday: €300.
Pet fee + €50 and more comprehensive cleaning.
Electric car charging from a high-power socket + €50/per rental.
Prices do not include bed linen or final cleaning.
If there is a need to rent the entire semi-detached house and sauna cabins for a larger group, inquiries can be made. If there are no reservations, a 10% discount is given for a complete reservation of both sides.
