The cottage is fully equipped with both kitchen utensils and household appliances. The cottage has a pleasant underfloor heating. The cottage also has a fireplace, a washing machine and a drying cupboard. If necessary, a baby travel cot, high chair and potty can also be found in the cabin.

Moderate cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 24 hours before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Rental Deposit TermsThe customer is obliged to compensate the landlord for damages that differ from normal wear and tear caused to the resort or its movable property. All comments and complaints relating to the resort must be addressed directly to the owner or guardian of the property immediately after their topic has arisen and during the booking process. Inoperability or malfunctions of machines/equipment/equipment during the rental period do not qualify for refunds. The landlord has the right, at his discretion, to correct the defect detected and reported in the object under force majeure conditions. If the apartment is in a non-rental condition for any reason, the landlord will not be liable for the costs incurred by the new accommodation except for the remaining amount of euros of the agreed rent. Such a serious complaint always requires an inspection of the site by the guardian before a position can be taken on it. Complaints made retrospectively will not be considered. If any damage to the object occurs during the rental period, it must be notified to the landlord without delay and no later than on the day of the end of the rental period. For damage discovered later, the tenant will be charged the full amount of the damage increased by 50%. However, the increase is at least £200.
