Completed in 2022, this semi-detached holiday apartment (Apartment A) is located on the slope of Aurinkosaarua, on the side of Itä-Ruka, where you can enjoy the sun from morning until evening.
The apartment has three bedrooms, the first with a wider 180 cm double bed, the second bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed and the third has two 80 cm wide beds. In addition, the sofa in the living room is transformed into a double bed with a 160 cm mattress. Bedrooms have louvered blinds and blackout curtains and closet space
for storage.The whole is very spacious and the premises are located on one floor. The high height of the room as well as the uniform kitchen-living room space invite you to cozy up. You can enjoy the warmth of a light fireplace after an outdoor activity. In the summer, cooling is carried out by an air heat pump.
The kitchen is equipped for versatile cooking with serving furniture. Dinnerware is available for eight people. Household appliances are modern, for example, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. Two toilets, one of which is connected to the bathroom. The apartment has a washing machine and a drying cupboard. In addition to the glazed terrace of 12 m2, you can also stay on the open terrace. The chest freezer is used by guests and is located in the storage room.
In a spacious storage room (10m2) you can store outdoor equipment. There is a canopy for the car with a charging point for the electric car and in addition two parking spaces equipped with a heating pole

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.

Other rental termsGuests are required to bring and use their own bed linen and towels. Reasonable use of firewood is included in the rent. Cabins have basic essentials such as toilet paper, kitchen towels and dishwashing detergents, but if you consume a lot of these, you may need to replenish them during your holiday. Electric car charging at the destination is possible, but limited to charging one car for local driving and return charging. Goods and movable property at the destination must be handled with due care. After the visit, the object should be left in normal proper condition. For breakdowns caused by obvious negligence, as well as disorganization and uncleanliness that deviates from the norm, will be invoiced afterwards. The use of a tent, camper or caravan on the site without a permit is prohibited. The number of guests must be informed in advance. The tenant is obliged to compensate the object or its movable property for any damage it may have caused intentionally or unintentionally. Any damage caused must be immediately reported to the landlord. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our holiday home, including the terrace and courtyard area. If you smoke indoors in the holiday home, we will charge a fee of 1000€. The property has been cleaned and checked prior to your stay at the property. However, if you notice any deficiencies or defects in the property, report them directly to the landlord as soon as they arise.
