cozy and bright cottage in a semi-detached house located in the area of Vuosselinrinne, near the slopes and trails in Ruka. There are several semi-detached houses and cottages in the area. Built in 2000, it is a simple log semi-detached apartment with a spacious living room, kitchen and 1 bedroom with a double bed. The apartment also has a loft with 4 beds and a living area. The bathroom has a drying cabinet, a shower and an electric sauna. Toilet separate. The area of the apartment is 58 m², the loft (with sloping ceilings) is 20 m².

The skibus route runs from the vicinity of the destination. Lockable ski storage (approx. 10 m²). The washing machine is placed in a separate space with access to the outside by stairs (there is no winter maintenance on the stairs by the caretaker). The space also has an additional seating area; a bar table with chairs and a small sofa. Our outdoor hot tub is available for rent at an additional price of 300€ per reservation. Bookings start at 4pm and end at 12pm on the day of departure (weekend bookings also)
