Electric sauna cabin for summer use in an exceptionally nice location on the evening sun beach of Järnäjärvi. The cottage is located between 2 small river estuaries, just off the coast of Leivonmäki National Park. The beach is a child-friendly sandy beach. A special feature of the river estuary is a sand spit. Nearby there was a small river rapids. In the cottage one room with a sofa bed and a fireplace. In addition, a sauna and a dressing room. Carrying water from the lake. In the courtyard there is a shack with a kitchen and cooking utensils. Two natural sandy beaches, one in front of the cottage and the other at the mouth of the river as an island. There is also the possibility of day rental, where the price during the normal period is 25 euros per day. Time 12:00 - 20:00

Booking and cancellation terms
For bookings over 200 euros, the booking fee is 20% of the rental. The remaining 4 weeks before the start of booking.
Cancellation conditions:
In high season: To be paid by the customer -> cancellation 8 weeks before: the reservation and billing costs are 10 euros to be paid by the customer -> cancellation 4 weeks before: 20% of the rental -> cancellation 2 days to 2 days before: 50% of the rent -> in high season cancellation less than 2 days before: full rental.
Other times: cancellation 4 weeks before: booking and billing costs 10 euros -> cancellation 2 weeks before: 20% of the rental -> cancellation less than 2 weeks before: 50% of the rental. -
Delays and compensations
Final cleaning (100 euros) must be ordered in advance.
If the cottage has been left uncleaned or something has been broken, the owner has the right to charge at least twice the cleaning bill for the cleaning and for the broken places afterwards. The bill is collectible.Bed linen (10 euros) should be ordered in advance.

If it is found that the customer has not used bed linen, then 20 euros per person will be chargedArrival time between 21:00 and 8:00 p.m., surcharge 40 euros.
Electric car charging 25 euros per day.
You must ask permission from the landlord to import your own bales. The fee for the bellows is 40 euros at the weekend.
