Pielinen is located in an agricultural environment near the shore of Järnäjärvi, on a hillock. In summer, Piel rents a beach sauna together with Suviranta, in winter separately or together. The cottage was thoroughly renovated in 2011. Suviranta is a small cozy sauna cabin on the shores of Lake Järnäjärvi. A small creek descends next to the cottage into the lake. Suviranta is rented in the summer together with Pielinen. Distance between cottages approx. 80m. (Steep slope)
Price list prices for two people. From May to the end of October, prices for both cottages are shared. Prices in November-April only Pielinen's price. Ask for a quote and we will calculate the price suitable for your party.
In the summer season, the minimum rental period is 5 days, unless there are shorter break days.
Linen for an additional fee of 15 euros per person and final cleaning 50 euros per cabin.

Booking and cancellation terms
For bookings over 200 euros, the booking fee is 20% of the rental. The remaining 4 weeks before the start of booking.
Cancellation conditions:
In high season: To be paid by the customer -> cancellation 8 weeks before: the reservation and billing costs are 10 euros to be paid by the customer -> cancellation 4 weeks before: 20% of the rental -> cancellation 2 days to 2 days before: 50% of the rent -> in high season cancellation less than 2 days before: full rental.
Other times: cancellation 4 weeks before: booking and billing costs 10 euros -> cancellation 2 weeks before: 20% of the rental -> cancellation less than 2 weeks before: 50% of the rental. -
Delays and compensations
Final cleaning (100 euros) must be ordered in advance.
If the cottage has been left uncleaned or something has been broken, the owner has the right to charge at least twice the cleaning bill for the cleaning and for the broken places afterwards. The bill is collectible.Bed linen (10 euros) should be ordered in advance.

If it is found that the customer has not used bed linen, then 20 euros per person will be chargedArrival time between 21:00 and 8:00 p.m., surcharge 40 euros.
Electric car charging 25 euros per day.
You must ask permission from the landlord to import your own bales. The fee for the bellows is 40 euros at the weekend.

The tenant is responsible for the deductibles of the property and movable property. As well as being personally responsible for their own property and self-related matters
