Traditional cottage built of carved logs on the beach of Päijänne, on the side of the evening sun, about seven kilometres from Rutalahti and 50 km from Jyväskylä. For summer use only, that is, rented from May to October. The cabin has electricity, but no running water.
In the beach sauna, a wood stove with a water tank. For an additional fee, we heat the smoke sauna stove. The beach is shallow and partly grassy. A land pier with access to swimming along the wooden pier. In the courtyard there is a spacious summer kitchen with gas grill, dining table, place for washing dishes and cupboard
Midsummer and rally periods minimum booking 3 days. Otherwise, during the summer season, reservations of at least 2 days, unless you have missed a break date, ask!
Linen for an additional fee of 15 euros per person and final cleaning 75 euros if you wish.

Booking and cancellation terms
For bookings over 200 euros, the booking fee is 20% of the rental. The remaining 4 weeks before the start of booking.
Cancellation conditions:
In high season: To be paid by the customer -> cancellation 8 weeks before: the reservation and billing costs are 10 euros to be paid by the customer -> cancellation 4 weeks before: 20% of the rental -> cancellation 2 days to 2 days before: 50% of the rent -> in high season cancellation less than 2 days before: full rental.
Other times: cancellation 4 weeks before: booking and billing costs 10 euros -> cancellation 2 weeks before: 20% of the rental -> cancellation less than 2 weeks before: 50% of the rental. -
Delays and compensations
Final cleaning (100 euros) must be ordered in advance.
If the cottage has been left uncleaned or something has been broken, the owner has the right to charge at least twice the cleaning bill for the cleaning and for the broken places afterwards. The bill is collectible.Bed linen (10 euros) should be ordered in advance.

If it is found that the customer has not used bed linen, then 20 euros per person will be chargedArrival time between 21:00 and 8:00 p.m., surcharge 40 euros.
Electric car charging 25 euros per day.
You must ask permission from the landlord to import your own bales. The fee for the bellows is 40 euros at the weekend.

Insurance and own risks
The tenant is responsible for the deductibles of the property and movable property. As well as being personally responsible for their own property and self-related matters
