When you arrive at Villa Tammiranta in Rymättylä, you will truly have the chance to relax and unwind. This seaside retreat, set on a one-hectare plot offers a perfect setting for peace, tranquility, and connection with nature and the sea.
The villa’s location on the mainland is excellent. The charming town of Naantali is only 20 km away, Raisio’s Mylly shopping center is 30 km away, and Turku is 35 km away. The nearest grocery store in Rymättylä is just 3 km from the villa.
The 80 m² cozy and inviting villa features two bedrooms with ample storage space, a spacious living and dining area with stunning sea views, and a well-equipped kitchen with tableware for 12 people. A large oak dining table ensures that even bigger groups can enjoy meals together comfortably.
An air-source heat pump keeps the indoor temperature pleasant even during summer heatwaves. In autumn and winter, you can enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace with family and friends.
During summer, the large furnished terrace invites you to relax and unwind. It features a spacious dining table with a sunshade, a large grill, and an outdoor hot tub. The terrace is designed to accommodate even larger groups comfortably, allowing you to enjoy meals in a picturesque seaside setting. Additionally, an outdoor refrigerator/freezer is available for guests.
Near the shore, a 30 m² sauna building includes a sauna, a bathroom, and a charming sauna lounge with sleeping accommodations for three people. An air-source heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor temperature in all seasons, and the cozy fireplace in the lounge adds to the autumn and winter atmosphere. A composting toilet is available on the sauna terrace during summer.
The private beach stretches about 70 meters and consists of sandy shoreline and a grassy area. Sun loungers are available for relaxation. Guests can explore the water using two stand-up paddleboards or a rowing boat. The pier offers mooring spots with a water depth of approximately 1.60 meters.
For additional summer accommodation, a glamping tent by the shore features bunk-style beds for three people and electricity.
During the period from June 1st to August 31st, the weekly price includes the final cleaning. At other times, the final cleaning fee is 200,00 euros.
Firewood is included in the rental price.
Please note:
No charging station for electric vehicles.
Due to the uneven terrain and stairs, Villa Tammiranta is not suitable for guests with mobility restrictions.
Pets are not allowed due to the owner's allergies.

If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
