Cottage built for your own use, on the shores of the fishy and beautiful Pyhäjärvi lake. Built of hand-carved plain log, the cottage is two storeys. From the balcony and the sauna terrace you can enjoy stunning views of the largest ridge of Lake Pyhäjärvi. The upper floor has the actual living areas, an open kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a wood and electric stove, a storage fireplace and a baking oven, and a dishwasher. Upstairs there is also a separating toilet, where liquids go for absorption and solid waste into its own container, which is taken to be composted. Puucee is also available

Downstairs there is a spacious wood-burning sauna, a fireplace room and a sleeping loft with two beds. In addition, a “laundry room” with a washing machine and a dryer. We use the cottage itself for part of the year, so the equipment is cozy and adequate. The living yard opens to the southwest and is sunny. The yard is safely away from the beach with children in mind.

The cottage is built on a slope and the swimming spot is directly at the cottage on the beach. The beach is wooded and there is a large patio with sturdy stairs to the lake for swimming. The beach is shallow and after a couple of beach stones wonderfully sandy from its bottom

and safe for children.

In the courtyard there is a spacious barbecue canopy with a gas grill. The cabin is spacious enough that it is easy to arrange sleeping places for 6 adults and 2 for

children.

Pets are welcome. Pet fee is 20€. The pet owner is responsible for keeping the environment clean and for any damage caused to the

pet.

Driving instructions and other booking conditions will be emailed to the renter. The reservation fee is ½ of the rent and must be paid at the time of booking and the other ½ of the fee no later than 1 month before the start of the reservation. The minimum rental period is 1 week, except for the period from 30 to 14 June and from 14 to 21 September, when you can also book a weekend. The weekend reservation will be paid in full at the time of booking
