"Castillo" is Spanish for "castle". Here, our guests feel like kings in their own castle. The name itself hints at the well-equipped and high-quality nature of our apartment. A clean, functional, and cozy apartment always awaits our guests. And if something is not to your liking upon arrival, we will rush to fix it immediately. We offer our guests 24/7 telephone service, which assists with any possible issues during your vacation – around the clock if needed.
Castillo Moitakuru C 32 is a cozy 56-square-meter apartment with three bedrooms for two people each. It is located in the heart of Saariselkä, close to all services, yet in a very peaceful location.
In the apartment's interior design, the unique nature of Saariselkä comes right inside. The apartment is versatilely furnished. The apartment's large heat-retaining soapstone fireplace creates a soft atmosphere throughout the holiday apartment. The apartment has a versatilely equipped kitchen.
The apartment has free internet access. The apartment's smart TV displays cable television channels and also has an internet connection, so you can watch all the same programs you are used to at home.
The apartment has a stylish sauna section where you can experience the Finnish sauna enjoyment in all its splendor during your vacation, even every day!
The apartment has a lockable, apartment-specific storage space where you can store a couple of mountain bikes, skis, or other sports equipment. The building has its own ski maintenance room. The official Saariselkä sledding hill is 450 meters away, and the ski center (SkiSaariselkä) is 1.5 km away. The skating rink and ice hockey rink are approximately 1 km away. So, all winter activities are close by!
Saariselkä's high-quality cross-country skiing, mountain biking, and snowmobile networks all run right next to the building.
High-quality services are all around (restaurants for many different tastes, shops, souvenir shops, shopping center, massage therapist, gym, dance restaurants...).
The bus stop is nearby. The apartment is easily accessible by bus from both the airport and the south. The holiday apartment includes one parking space with an electric plug, and there is space nearby for other cars. Electric car charging is available at a gas station 150 meters away. A taxi can take you right to the apartment's door.
Pets are welcome in the holiday apartment. We charge a small pet fee of 30 euros per pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Saariselkä's dog park is approximately 800 meters away.
It is possible to order baby supplies such as a cot, high chair, etc. for an additional fee (limited availability).
Sustainable development is important to us! In the Castillo apartments, sustainable development is taken into account by, among other things, properly recycling the waste generated in the apartment and reducing the use of disposable products.
Our guests' safety is also an important matter for us. Each bedroom and the living room have interconnected smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. The apartment has readily visible fire extinguishing equipment. Emergency exits are clearly marked, and safety instructions are visible on the apartment door.
Next to the holiday apartment is another identical apartment (Castillo Moitakuru C 31 https://www.nettimokki.com/inari/7969). By booking these together, the Castillo Moitakurus can accommodate a group of 12 people. If needed, a third 6-person apartment (Castillo Luulampi E 4 https://www.nettimokki.com/inari/8640) can be booked from the same courtyard area, increasing the accommodation capacity to 18 people. Attention! The weekly or daily price shown on Nettimökki is for rent only. A final cleaning fee (90 €) is added to the rental price. It is possible to add linen sets to the reservation (18 € / person). In addition to standard Finnish bed linen, the linen set includes a large and small towel / person and a kitchen towel for the kitchen. Guests can also bring their own linens if they wish. It is absolutely necessary to use either Castillo's or your own bed linen in the beds!
