Incredibly cozy and spacious 2019/01, Polarhouse's Taiga 117 thermal log cabin in Laanipalä, Saariselkä. Kuurahile, which is next door, is the sister cottage of this cottage. The cottage is well connected to ski and outdoor trails. In the south direction the plot borders on the park and in the west direction the Saariselkä-Laanila cycle path/outdoor trail runs alongside the plot. The cottage is intended for permanent living and is very energy efficient. In the spirit of sustainability, on 07/19 solar panels were installed in the cottage. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a narrow double bed and the other with two beds. There is a separate walk-in closet between the bedrooms. The kitchen-living room table can easily accommodate 8 people. Downstairs there are 2 x toilets, one in the washroom and the other separate WC. The high loft of the passageway house has two beds at each end. Between the gables is another living room/lobby. Inside the sofa in the lobby there is an additional spare bed. There is a child gate at the top of the stairs. A separate carport has a car heating enclosure and locked cold storage, ski lubrication area (solar fan + infrared

The rental price is max 1375eur/week depending on the time. (also ask for shorter or longer periods)
The rental price includes, among other things, final cleaning, bed linen, firewood, household and toilet paper, as well as laundry, dish and hand sanitizers. This cottage collects mixed waste from the yard approximately every two weeks and does not need to be taken to regional collection bins nearby.
It is not allowed to bring pets to the cottage

Tip 1) The bike path that runs alongside the cottage is an action-packed sled/kick sled hill in the direction of Saariselkä.
Tip 2) In addition to the fact that the cottage is in a quiet area, the plot of the cottage is larger than 2000m2, excellent for children to tinker with snow in a safe environment.
Tip3) On the map of the ski network you can see that the cottage is near the intersection of the trails, children can ride skis to nearby destinations.
Tip 4) Skates included - Bike path in the direction of Saariselkä skating rink. The kick sled is easy to reach. In summer, next to the rink there is a playground with climbing places
