Built in early 2024, a cozy, well-equipped and modern cottage in Laanila, about 3 km from the center of Saariselkä. The cottage is well connected to skiing, cycling and outdoor trails. Ski slopes are located in Saariselkä. There is a ski bus on the road adjacent to the cottage, as well as a bus connection to Ivalo Airport.
The kitchen-living room has a high ceiling and spacious and overlooks the back terrace with a view of the forest landscape. The kitchen is equipped with high quality and modern appliances. The cottage has a luxurious toilet and shower room, as well as a sauna. The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed. The cottage can comfortably accommodate, for example, a couple. The sofa bed in the living room must be spread out and thus the cottage can accommodate, for example, 1-2 children.
Dog guests are welcome!
The cabin has mechanical ventilation, underfloor heating and an air heat pump. In addition to the cottage there is an outdoor storage room, where you can store, for example, winter outdoor equipment
.The cabin has a heating plug for the car, there is no possibility of charging an electric car.
Rent in winter is 1000-1200 €/vk. You can get the current price by selecting the time in the booking calendar. The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels between 1 November and 30 April.
In summer/autumn, depending on the time, the rental price is 600-900 €/week, the rent does not automatically include cleaning and linen. If you wish, you can ask the landlord for the availability of cleaning separately.
